Post SPINDLE ERR 18 BAT TL

Hi

We have a VICKERS DRIVER MODEL VFS5-275-00-2606/A with a compensation module 275/2604A-010.
We connect the MOTION LINK PLUS SOFTWARE and appears the ERR 18 BAT TL FILE
The VFS5 has two boards: MC board and IBD board the two cards are the same that we are using before.
We have the TL VFS5 v 1.03cC file and we compare this with the system in and are the same.
We have the encrypted Key number 1991923109, but we dont have the unlocked number to transfer again the TL file and Variables, Do you know how to correct this, please inform us.

not familar with some of what you are saying but is this where you would go to ml terminal with motion link plus and type new then if on a2100 type a2100 and then it will let you save variables to drive. But also cincinatti only changes a few of the user variables and some you can not change. Also i don't have a vfs5 manual here with me but there is a battery in the vfs5 and i'm not sure which board it is on but where your alarm reads bat tl i would check my manual to see if there is battery that is dead. I may be way off but trying to help so sorry if i miss inform. I will check your alarm in manual tommorow when at shop and see if i can offer more help.
