Need Help!
The machine tool of Cincinnati Arrow-750 1997 years.
The control of Hejdenhajn 360.
The spindle does not rotate.
Errors does not show.
At start attempt, quickly writes "0 STOP".
Documentation are not present.
The operator guide and the wire diagramme is very necessary.

The spindle drive is likely Kollmorgen (or Vickiers name on it) VFS5. It has green and red lites on front panel. What lites are on? Of course red is bad green is good. Send EXACT name next to each lite lit up and we can try to help

Greetings, Mike.
I have given the block to repair, in the service center.
What was malfunction I don't know.
Now the spindle to turn.
But the spindle has ceased to be positioned for tool change.

There is a procedure for resetting the spindle orient position offset for each of the Cinci Machine Arrow and Saber models through the 2100 control. In this case it almost sounds like the drive program isnt quite right, or the orient position is not set at all in the drive.
Maintenance Technologies is the service arm that handles machines now and last time I checked were happy to give out this information to machine owners.
