Arrow 750 boot issues

Have an arrow 750 with boot issues. First problem is servo board fails during start up diagnostics. Second problem getting page fault error System fail. Also comes up with SEV_SYSTEM_FAIL_CHANNEL_ID, Application error Application timeout. The exe name is pgm.exe and SEV16.DLL error. Have tried switching DV5 board and two different hard drives. All come up with exact errors. No failure lights on bridge board either.

Any help would be appreciated.

You may have multiple issues, but at a minimum, your servo fail is caused by a lack of communication with the RT board. Most likely cause is RT Bios, but could also be WS BIOS. Send me a PM with WS and RT part numbers. I should be able to send you a WS setup config, but the RT board likely needs to be reflashed.
