Umbrella tool magazine- wrong tool change in middle of program

Hello everyone, I have a Cincinnatii DART 500 from 1998 with Acramatic2100. There was a problem with the wrong tool in the cycle. The machine worked first with the T4 tool, then T5, T2, T7 when it was command T3M6 machine grabs T4 what did not work out well. The problem is that all previous tools were grabs well. The mistake came in the middle of the cycle.

Did any of you already have a similar situation?

You have a once per tool prox switch which keeps track of the tool number after alignment. You my have an intermittent switch that is need of adjustment.

Yep, I had this exact problem. Had a piece of crap on the prox switch.

Thanks for the answer! The most interesting thing about this is that the machine made about 200 cycles before it happened.

The mechanic showed me what would happen when the sensor was too far from the mechanizm. Machine immediately shows alarm.
