Cincinnati Milacron 750 Real Time BIOS Settings Needed

Hi every one,
I am in need of settings for a Real Time Board 3-424-2348A02 The battery went dead on a friends machine. And I am trying to put the BIOS back in but dont have the info backed up for this board.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
