Cintimatic 7VC-750 w/ Acramatic 850 fault
Hi Everyone!
I'm pretty new on cnc's world, i'm built some home diy project with arduino, but now...
My friend and colleague asked me to check it out a Cincinnati Milacron machine center.
I checked some parts, like electronics and mechanics, but I didn't find any big fault.
The startup check didn't find any fault, but after the RUN(on control cabinet) led going to green, the DUMP led start flashing.
We have all of manual, but we didn't find any useful information from this fault.
I think there is no more such machine in Hungary, so we don't find anyone who can help.
I'm try to upload a video from Operator Station startup, and a control cabinet startup.
I'm hope anyone can help me. After the old girl can do anything, we will continou the restore.
Thanks for the help!
Regards: Mario
P:S: Sorry for my bad english, I hope you will understand what i wrote

That is a normal startup, you need to press the master start button again to start the machine/drives. Are you able to move the axis???

Re: Cintimatic 7VC-750 w/ Acramatic 850 fault
Thanks for the answer.
If i press the master start again, the servos and hydraulic pumps will turn on.
But i can't select any axis to jog, and i can't start the aligning process.
I'm tried many times start the aligning(i held the align button for 20-30 sec), but it didn't do anything.
I didn't got any other error message.
So the flashing dump led means "axis not aligned"?

Re: Cintimatic 7VC-750 w/ Acramatic 850 fault
Today, i found another strange thing.
If i press master start second time, on the SAM board the "axis 2" CW and CCW leds will flashing, the other leds switch to ccw.
Is it a possible end switch fault? Which is an "axis 2" ?
