What is the nature of the 3phase supply? Voltage ?
Al.
Hello,
I'm having problems with my recent bought cnc.
Hope you can help me.
I bought one cincinnati arrow 750 in uk, i worked with it for about 1 day at the seller and it worked fine.
I connected it to my shop and started it and when i put a program for run it give me the alarm 19-158 "the last four digits of control serial number have not been defined".
I tryed to put the option codes and it still the same.
I'm new to this cnc.
After that i thought it could be to many error in the memory so i purge all the errors and after that i couldn't go to the machine screen an give me " missing cnc.exe"
i turned off the machine and i have gone for lunch after that i started it again and it turned on and then died an a burn smell came out off the back.
I removed the "brain" and connected it to a outside screen and it started ok.
I have checked the contactor an i have 2 burn contactors one it's the one that has the timer and another that connect to de psu. I order new ones.
I have concected the machine power supply has it came since in uk it's 230v has here.
Could the contactors burn because of low voltage?
I measure the voltage at the transformer and i'm having 110v .
Should i have 110v connected to the machine ,100A relay ,or 230V?
I also hear a iiiiii noise when the y axis is at maximum travel only at y-
This is the first error.
Hope you could help me, i bought this machine to help me in my race car shop and i'm disassembly it and rebuilding it to give it a second chance.
With your best regards André Correia
