Arrow 500 A2100 spindle orient problem

Hello Everyone,

I have a arrow500 with an A2100 on it. I was doing some cleaning on it and cleaned out the bit of coolant /oil on top of the spindle under the fan. After I cleaned it all out the spindle will not home? I didnt touch anything on the encoder I dont think. Anyone know a solution?

On top of the spindle but under the fan? Huh?

Better descrip?

Spindle mean drive? By the side fan?

Or spindle mean motor?

If u messed up the RESOLVER inside back of motor, it would not even run. So no clue how it would run but not Orient? More info?

What happens when it does not home?? Do you get a error on the screen?? Can you give us more info??

Mike, I think a (different) guy said he was in dearborm, MI; wants RT? board battery changed; do you go to Dearborn? (I wouldn't anymore!) Let me know and I will send your contact info to him if so.
