Software problem in CINCINNATI ARROW 500 with CONTROL TECHNIQUES model FNC5

I need urgently your help. I have the error 9036 in boot and errors 9070 and 9044 and i dont know how to introduce the files in the CNC. I dont have the pinout of the cable and the software to cominicate. Please help me in this matter urgently. Tanks in advance.
