Arrow 500 with Control Techniques control 9343 error on boot up

I think the info above control info is correct. It states Control Techniques as it is booting. During start up it encounters a 9343 error and halts, Can anyone help?

The manual ( for CT control ) say 9343= user variables not compatible with compiled system program .. Application software error , refer to supplier .

I was able to re-load the entire operating system and various other files, I was able to find almost all the info I needed here on CNCZone. I just took a ton of reading various threads. The machine is up and making parts. If anyone needs help with doing this on their machine, reply to this message and I will private message you. I only know how to do this on a CT control.
