You dont use G code. But you use the letter "H" for the part position. So "H1" is set up 1, "H2" Set up 2. Dont use the parenthesis though, just the H1, H2, etc.. The H1 is the same as a G54 and so fourth. I hope this makes sense? Here is a sample program I have in my machine. I am not saying my programing of the A2100 is perfect, but this gets me by. I am sure there are things I could fix in it to eliminate lines. For some reason I need to add a "Z" dimension in the line of my first X.Y axis move with spindle on otherwise I get an alarm for the Z. Also havent found a way I can just have the table go all the way forward with one simple programmed code, but instead I need to set up the part then do the calculation of the part position with the table forward. A pain in the rear if you ask me, I would like to use a "G28 Y0." line like I do in my HAAS to just bring the table all the way forward. I guess I slowly took over your thread. All i am saying is dont change your entire programming due to my post.
