    Coverting Cimatron files

I am trying to convert a Cimatron file (.elt) to the ProE format (.prt). I am a long time user of Cimatron and wouldn't trade it for the world, but I have a friend that would like to open on of my drawing for his use with ProE. Apparently ProE does not import Cimatron files. If I could convert it to STEP or IGES that would work too. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Tyler

If it is a drawing I would use dxf or dwg, they both support drawings well. If it is a part file it gets a little tricky with regards to ProE. ProE doesn't like to have multi objects in the same file so it creates an assembly.
