i hope to install it this christmas.

I am running the E240 (G240) spindle motor on a 72V 5A DC supply with an additional 24V from another supply. giving 100V.
Milling a 2mm wide x 1.5mm deep cut in acrylic with a shortened 4mm twist drill. at 900mm/minute.
Noisy, but only half as noisy as a 4mm 2 flute spiral upcut tungstan milling cutter.

I live in Norway and have bought a machine from Jinan Quick cnc.
80 days after ordering, I made the first test of the machine.
Everything went just fine.
I have only good words to say about Jinan Quick cnc and Taney.

I've been running a Jcut 6090B for about 3 years now with the included NC Studio setup. I've completed several precision projects now with great results. I've had some issues running advanced code but if you keep it simple the results are predictable and precise. The chassis was better built than expected and the board and spindle preformed well and have lasted longer than expected. $5500 USD including shipping to the east coast and still a happy customer.

I'll likely buy another Chinese machine

Posted on here before about a machine bought from Signstec in 2008.

The machine has done a mountain work now and is about to be fitted with a fresh set of rails and screws.

We have been very happy with the machines and customer service. We are about to purchase two smaller ones from the same company. (it pays to look after your customers)


Remember that the oriental languages are very different. Be super clear when you communicate.

Do this little experiment before you communicate.. Get google to translate your message into Chinese and then translate the result back into English.... see what I mean?
