Transon TS 1325 with DSP offline control

Hello everybody, I'm new here and first of all plese forgive my bad english...
Is there anybody can help me with a Transon TS 1325 Router with DSP offline contol system ?
The problem is to read files, I can create Files with Type3 Software ( 2D and 3D ) but can not let running the files.
Unfortunately I have no description, no handbook and no support from China...( however ?!)
If anybody can give me step by step description ( maybe I am stupid ) ???? or maybe ony tip what I do wrong ?
Again, to crerate the NC file is not the Problem, the problem is only to do
the file in DSP and let the machine running... )

We buy direct in China
Unfortunately the after sales service was ....., the delivery 3 weeks later, the transport boxes damaged, the software not running....
No description, no Handbook, nothing.
Yes woodrouter Transon 1325, 2500 x 1300 mm, Vacuum Table, 4,5 KW Spindle......, I think the machine is good, but that unfortunately is all.
I said to the supplier that I will not pay the last 5% of bill before the machine
is running,....but it seems that they are not interested .
I have more chinese machines but never had this problems.

I think what you buy is 1325C series Wood Router ,The Spindle is 4.5KW water cooling spindle, can you tell me where are you from

The Router to be exact is TSW 1325.
I hope nobody thing that I only dont want to pay the rest 5% of bill, that's not what I want, I want to test if after transport damages the machine is running ok before I pay the rest, only the supplier dont want to help......,
and as I said before, no description, no handbook, no support

I agree with you ,you absolutely have reason not paying the other 5% to your supplier,
I am chinese , i know them ,for the 5 % money, they must help you solve your ploblem ,but the package is broken,no manual,no..... if you do not pay for them ,they also have no choice

Meanwile I try, and try, and try.....as I have more CNC machines up to 5 axis
HG I hope to catch the worm after invest a lot of time.....but if without help or support of supplier I will make a nice long weekend with my wife using the 5% ... but sure not transfer to them...

I made it . if anybody have same Problems pls. check the USB Port on
the offline control pad first, then check cable in control desk.
