dual spindles operating.

Hi,Everybody.
1.I have Chiniese Router,which is 1530 Model,dual spindles.I have few doubts on it.
How we can operate 2 spindles at once?
How we can set the 2 Origins with 2 spindles?
Please give me suggeions.
2.I have Another CNC Router which is 3 axis,stepper with YAKO 2811MA drivers.Operating is NC Studio.
I need to change the operating from NC STUDIO to DSP.
How can i change it?

Regarding your 1st query, normal version of NCSTUDIO cannot zero or set origin individually. You have to use their V8 Double Spindle Version. There is a three spindle version also.Please check it.

Regarding your 2nd query, I am not confident in saying that you can't set individual origin for both the spindles.

But there is hard path to work without having the above said software. First set the 1st part and set origin.Then set the 2nd workpiece to touch the tip of the tool and then clamp to the table. This method is only applicable if both the spindles are mounted on a single Z axis plate. If they are on separate Z plates, you have to use the Double spindle version.
