Who has syntec controller running there chinese atc

Hey folks this is driving me nuts. Im pretty sure there is a fault with the machine but really need some guidance to get there.

Machine is new, 8 tool atc linear layout.

Im loading the Z tool offset for tool 2 into the tool offset page and tool 2 still keeps going to the same spot. (im not even trying tools 3-8)

If im silly and put 200000 into the tool 2 offset it goes to the same spot, if I put 20000, I get the same result and even with the number 2.

The physical length difference between tool 1 and tool 2 is 11.6mm (tool 2 is shorter).

Luckily Ive managed to work it all out. Most confusing software in exsisitence
