My company recently modified a SUBA CNC Machine with a BZT Controller and an Axemotion PulseBox from Ironwood Co. based in France . We reused the Leadshine Modules and Sunfar Inverter (E300-2S0015L). The X,Y, and Z motion is already working.
My main problem is for the Spindle motion. The inverter is not providing an output supply for my spindle motor. But when I try to activate the spindle the external control display indicates RUN but there is no voltage reading. The input supply is OK.
Please Advice.
Thanks.

jfbacomo,
I have to assume a couple of things...
1: The inverter was working before.
2: Your inverter was wired for inputs from the controller to turn it on and off.
Check to see if there are wires connected to screw terminals X1, X2, and X3 on your inverter. Those are the inputs for your 5v signals coming from your controller to set the speeds on your inverter.
If it is wired like mine was, different combinations of those will give you different spindle speeds.
Make sure you have X1, X2, and X3 connected to outputs from your controller and that you can turn on and off any of the outputs in any combination.
Hope this helps.
