Newbie with new machine confused!

Hi all

We have recieved our machine form quick cnc, it looks real good.
We have a K60MT model 3600x1200 working area,

6kw spindle, vac hold down all the basic sort of stuff however we choose a
machine with a austo tool sensor, NO auto tool changer and a syntec controller.

So far we managed to work out how to use the syntec controller to do the following,

Change tools and do a Auto tool sensor
drive gantry in all direction and adjust speed
send machine to home position
turn on vac pumps/position stops etc

Other than this we are pretty much LOST!!!!!

Can any help with information on the following

-What is meant by and how to set up the g54-59??
-What is the post processor i continue to read on the forum and how do i use this with our machine
-how do i program the machine to run a program

Any other information is helpful

As we know all the manuels are pretty crappy, so any help would be great
