    Buying from China?

I would like to buy my first CNC router, does anyone think it is a good idea if I brought it from China (because it is cheaper) or should I buy it close to home?

there are also good quality machines from China, and of cause not very cheap.

if very cheap machines, the quality will be not good.

China now is a very big manufacturer, and please belive that, there are good quality machines. you have to be carefull to compare with different companies.

It will be OK if you are not intersted in our products, but it will be great if you are intersted in our machines.

anyway we wish you good luck, and we also can help you with some techincal questions.

If you can afford to risk the money then buy from China. If something is wrong your chances of getting it fixed are next to zero, so it comes down to how much you like to gamble.

I strongly suggest buying with a credit card vs a wire transfer. Purchasing with a credit card protects you quite a bit. It would be worth paying the extra 3% to pay with a credit card.

I agree 100% on this statement.

Just make sure the company your going to buy from accepts this.

J-Cut did NOT accept credit cards. And I know why. If they did, I would have called my credit card company. But they only accept wire transfer. Which is why I would NEVER deal with J-Cut again, or recommend them to anyone. You know why they only accepted wire transfers. Because you have no recourse after you send the money. When its there, your screwed and can only hope you get something.

    DO NOT DEAL WITH J-CUT.
