Urgent Help with Syntec Control needed PLZ

HI all
i just bought a new machine from jinan company with the syntec controller
i tried to take a ghost copy of the CF Cards but after i did and put the Cards back to the controller it gives me the message :
Disk Error
press any key to restart
insert system disk and press enter

any help is appreciated

I think may be the antivirus on my computer may have deleted files from the CFC

I don't know that system but.. maybe the problem is the CF card file system?. Maybe the controller can only read FAT32 and you formatted the card with NTFS, or something like that.

but when i formatted the CF i click on the button "Restore Device defaults"
i think this means that the format will be done exactly like the factory settings of the CF
