Purchasing a second Chineese?

Has anyone bought a router named SK7090S from "Hefei Signkey Numerical Control Science & Technology"? I have a contact calling himself "Steven".

or a YHC-6090 from "Guangzhou Yinghe Electronic Instruments Co.,Ltd"
Contact "Evenfan". I have got several quotations for the later one from different suppliers.

Any comment on theese two machines would be most appreciated. I have a chineese CNC already so I know a little about what quality to expect, I just want to know if there is any unexpected difficulties if I buy one of theese direct from China.
