First of all, i'd like to say to anyone here how much i'm disliking this person, who is a real fish and commercially speaking totaly stupid...

I recently bought a router to this company, and i can say now this was about a total miss.

Let me explain you why.

First, i've been negotiating some conditions. I do have all documents and proof if you want them. Just ask.

The router was supposed to come :

- With NCstudio and Ucancam. Ucancam was delivered, but not NCstudio wich is a hacked copy of the original software. Also, the hacked copy contained a trojan virus (TROJAN ADH), which is very well know to infect files and be a totally dangerous threat for your files and your computer too.

- It was supposed to come with a vaccum system. It was only delivered a vaccum brush.

- It was supposed to come with a water tank. It was not delivered. The water pumps were provided but are not at all dedicated to be used for this. These are for water fountains, not for professional use. Cost around 9$ each.

- Router came already damaged because it was lifted with lifting clamps. They let their marks on the router table as you can see on the pictures.

- Router is not at all levelled. So it means that you have a lot of level difference from one side board to the other side. I measured about 3mm only on the X axis. So it has to be releveled by all ways, including the Z axis.

- Router was supposed to come with an USB control interface. A very old PCI one style were delivered. If you plan like me to use it with a laptop, just forget it.

I'm not talking about the painting, router finitions and cabling that has to be retaken in all cases. Stepping motors cables were soldered to the crossing cables, wich does not allow you to use this one without changing them totally or add a new connection box. You should also change the cables as quality is not good at all.

On some picture, you can also see that going straight is difficult for this company. But this does not seems to be a problem for them.

Discussing with "super" Jackie, you can have it all. Including the building and machining dust as you can see on pictures. But if you expect to have what you were supposed to, be really carefull. This guy changes it's mind all the time and this is a casino bet. For the same price, you would have lies, not what you ordered and full disagrements at the end.

I will not recommend it at all !!!

There is little misunderstanding here,we accept our machine not perfect,every machine is not perfect,About the machine here said,it is well and work normally before delivery,there is the picture in our factory,we check every machine carefully before ship,maybe the package is little damaged because of long time transport.

This machine is Ncstudio control system,And Ncstudio is PCI connect,we all know that it is not USB connect, the Ncstudio,yes,it is copy one,every customers know that this price only buy copy one,it don't affect use.

About the dust collector ,yes,we accept lost it when ship,but have cutted down the price.

About water tank,the machine with it,I don't know why François said without it,we can see the picture.

We have cutted USD 750 for the machine,and paid more USD 350 for the customer,the customer still not paid us balance USD 750,the payment term is pay us balance when delivery ,now the customer have gotten router half a month,but they have not paid us,after they said there are some problem of our router,we accept the USD 750 for the compensate,so we paid for the problem.we think it is enough,it is no reason ask for much more.we should understand each other.

1) It was damaged due to poor quality packaging - Your fault.
2) It was damaged in factory by using lifting clamps, visibles traces of handling on the table, noticable table deformations - your fault.
3) There is not misunderstanding. A router is made for precision. It "must" be perfectly leveled if it is for professionnal use - Your fault.

I asked you before buy an USB interface. You didn't tell about this. How could i know that NCstudio is PCI when i'm asking myslef an USB interface ?

You never cutted down the price, this is a liar. You asked for 6050 $. Paid 3000$ plus 2300$. Stays 750$. This is just what you are asking us for giving your help and support to get this working using blackmailing techniques.

What is a water tank for you ? Tubes ? Maybe you are cooking in your toilets ? Why are the pumps fountain pumps ? Do you think they would be working well by the time and last the distance ?

Did he told you that with a DDP (Door to door port), i had to clear custom by myslef. Take care of all declarations. Paid the declarant fees and took care of any FCC rules and declarations ? Paid all the destination port manutention fees that were supposed to be included (1600$).

So that's all total lies. I got the documents wich proof what i'm saying. This guy blackmail me and told me more than 4 times that i should pay the rest for having help with all my problems. How can he help me with missing parts and damaged router by paying more ? Why do i handled the customer and some transportation fees by mylsef as this was a DDP transportation negotiated ? He never told me that he cutted the price. This is a total lie. If this was true, we would be done now as i already paid for all the rest.

Jackies Answer : Oh, i'm sorry, this would cost you much more than expected... Send 750$ more, and i'll be helping you within the distance for the table deformations, the router leveling, the PCI interface problems and so on... What a joke... He is asking me to pay for doing the job by myslef...

I also got the same ****ing problem with NC studio and the cheap controler not working at first load. No helping documentation enclosed. I had to find out by myslef. Now, i got it working, thanks to CNCZONE, not HUI ZHONG !

Jackie, you told me that there were not drivers for this card ! I finally found it and installed it. So, you owe me 750$ ;-)

When i asked you an USB interface, why don't you said so if you knew this was PCI ? Do you think this is not important when you have only laptops for making it working ? Coward !

How can you sell a router that is not perfectly leveled ? Is this not important for you to sell a router which have no cutting precision, which is its goal ? Coward bis !

You should also notice an important thing. This is security risk, so be carefull !!! All axis don't have end course protection in all directions. It means that if you overload it in distance, the router won't stop. You must ad by yourself endswitch protection to every opposite already installed and wire then on the same plot. Otherwise, you should be destroying the endless screws, or worth, the stepping motors... It costed me an 100 bucks to do this...

Last security risk you should really taking care ! No mass ground where cabled ! I had to do it by myslef !

you can say anything what you want,the truth is you have not paid us banlance USD 750,you promise said pay us when you gotten router,but after you gotten it,we asked you for many time,but you lost and no any information,,still don't pay us untile now,we aks you pay the banlance ,you called it"blackmailing",how can we trust you?

We have paid what we shold pay USD 2300 include shipping fee and custome fee,it include :
1.Trucking cost if no customs stop from Le Havre to 31430 GRATENS.
2.Thc fee
3.Lcl charges
4.Customs clearance
5.Port taxes

USD 1600 is you should pay,you want we pay all the fee include you should pay?

You delivered everything but not a router on it's definition. Non leveled axis. You also offered to mill the table as a solution, but with a non leveled router to do it. What a big joke you are !
You did not delivered legal software and card. All are illegal copies.
You did not delivered Vaccum system as negotiated first and included int the bill.
Your water system is just a joke for kids. There is no presured water tank delivered. Pumps are simple low cost fountain pumps.
Router was slighlty damaged at factory manipulation. You migh have known it, but you sent it without any repairing. You never offered compensation for that.

I took charge of all custom clearance formalities. you should have done this by yourslef. If i didn't, this would have costed me a lot of money in custom handlings. I also paid extra transportation fees to my place.

Now, i have a non working and unusable router with non levelled axis. Not what i expected to be delivered. and you still ask for money ?

I got enough of you Hui Zhong. I'm now asking for a total refund. The router is at your disposal here. No matter how you sell it, but don't forget to include importation taxes (1600 €).

If you don't accept. there will be more complaints.
