Default LOST Z AXIS HOME POSITION.

I have a twin spindle Intechcnc LFM6090 with DSP controller and have somehow lost not only the original home position on my Z axis but also the starting point at the top of the travel. When I reset the table size on Z at 200mm it crashes at the top when pressing origin, then when I press home I have to stop the spindal crashing into the wasteplate. How would I re-establish or re-set my original factory settings.
Thanks to anyone who can solve this. Much appreciated.
