Need Help, syntec MLC alarm 76 R44.11 PLC alarm

Hi
I have syntec 6mb controller, cannot run tool change in program or MDI.
I get mlc 76 alarm R44.11.
Tool change start and hang just before tool release then i get the alarm.

Please help

Could be not enough air preasure. My machine has done something similar, but never figured what it was for sure, and it only happens sometimes. Other possibility is the tool holder is not machined perfectly.

Managed, thanks . One sensor was loose on pneumatic that moves tray. Put it in place and fastened.. working now..
