    Default Spindle dead?

Hi guys. Im a newbie to all these. I got myself a chinese CNC 3040Z-DQ machine. Assembled the machine and everything works fine. Learned how to draw 3D objects and creating tool paths. When I tried the first engraving, 1 of the gcode was wrong and lead to the spindle plunge all the way down. Jammed then stopped. I stopped the Mach3 right away. Removed the drill bit from the wood and the spindle wont run again. X Y Z still works controlled by my laptop. Just the spindle doesnt workor spins anymore. Checked the cables connects to the spindle with a DC voltage of only 0.4 Vdc. The controller machine is on and connected to mach3. I disassembled the spindle and everything seemed fine in the inside. Anyone can shed me some lights whether its the spindle or the controller having problem? Or where should I check inorder to know what should I get for replacement or get it repaired?

    Thanks in advance!

you will see from the circuit diagram in the post there is two fuses
one for the stepper driver DC supply & one for the speed control

if your very lucky you may of blown fuse F2 that powers the spindle motor
check resistors R 3 & R4 have not been burnt by the overload
