Try moving manually by hand back to home maybe it's triggered off a limit switch and reset machine

Good Day Guys,
I am currently working with SYNTEC 11MB 5-axis machine from China.
Last week I was running a 'Free/Dry Run' just to make sure program works without any error.
All of a sudden Spindle crashed into work piece and whole machine stopped working.
There were few errors displayed, which are as follows
MLC 3 X axis not back to origin
MLC 19 Z axis not back to origin
MLC 27 A axis not back to origin
Operation 18 axis or spindle port no. setting error.
Whilst I tried to bring the machine to home using both Auto/ Manual mode none of the axis is moving.
Would really appreciate if someone could shed some light on what might be the problem OR any suggestions would be awesome
kind Regards
Bharath

Which way did it crash? First thing that came to mind was air failure if on an pneumatic z assist but that makes a bunch of assumptions.

In case anyone is wondering, I'm the twin of the other gfacer on cnczone...
I tried moving the Machine manually, but none of the axis moves.
In the other words Machine is in a dead state.
@gfacer2
Machine crashed along Z-axis. I thought about the air failure and checked it, it was good.
We have been advised from Manufactures, that this could be due to PLC ladder error or may be due to some issues with system software.
If you can't even push it manually whilst it's switched off doesn't sound good

I have a syntec controlled cnc aswell I always have stupid problems with it one being because the Chinese cnc built machines are very simple and do not have proper limits set on, eg my tool carasoul mixes up my tools from time to time making spindle crash into tool holder or grab wrong tool, then I have to put in MDI mode and manually put tools in correct spot and run a program called end of day then restart Machine

I reinstalled the all the Macro, log and Registry software and rebooted the machine. Surprisingly it fixed the problem.
Thanks for your reply guys, much appreciate it
Good to know! Glad you were backed up.

I had the same problem with my automatic tool setup. My Y-axis wasn't moving far enough to pick up the tool from the holder, it ended up crashing.
Then I changed the parameter settings and tried it again; it was a Debacle.
hello, maybe something wrong with the limit switch, You can ask the Syntec company for help
