3040 800kw water cooled spindle shutting down...help!!!!!

this is very frustrating and ridiculous. I have a 3040 Chinese router and as been a decent machine minus several months ago I gutted the control box and had to install 4 new drives cuz they were junk from the start. machine has ran great for over a year but tonight went to do some work and spindle shuts down after a few minutes of running. I press stop and hit run and starts back up for several more minutes and shuts down. I replaced the entire board including heat sink but does the same. any advice here. ran perfect yesterday. I don't freggin get it

OK, any idea what an E 0 means? Maybe is in your documentation?

I never updated but it ended up being the factory wiring in the drag chain that was faulty
