    Default Small part handling

Good morning. I purchased a CNC router for my cabinet business a few months ago and my wife has been haggling (shes really not a haggler) me to make some "cool" stuff for her and her friends of course. Wineracks and some chairs among other things. Everything that involves a bunch of small parts. And with my 10hp vacuum everyone knows what can happen to small parts. Is tabing these pcs the best way to handle them and cut the tabs manually? I onion skin my small parts when cutting out cabinets (toe kick, nailers) and still have some problems if my spoil board isn't fresh.

    Thanks

    jeff,
Yup, tabs are the most common way to avoid these type issues.
