    Default Stepper motor problem

I have a 6040 cnc 4 axis that is co trolled by mach3 and its giving me some problens with dislocation. Whenever the motors are spinning they randomly hesitate and skip forward causing the workpiece to have a pyramid like shape.

Reduce your depth of cut or reduce you feedrate or increase spindle speed. They all work together

You could also try reducing the acceleration value. Too much acceleration often causes lost steps, which seems to be the issue here.
