New Machine, Need help with the electric connection

Just got a Machine from VinMadeCNC in China... My electrician and I are trying to figure out how to get this done. Ive asked questions and still dont feel like Im getting the right answers from the company I bought it from. Any help is appreciated. So far, it seems like ill need a phase converter from 1 to 3. But things are not clear, and i figured that coming to a place like this with people who have had the same issue might be better... I have some pics below of the system.

The spindle VFD is a phase converter, 240v single phase in, 240v 3 phase out. The machine is fed with 240V single phase. The spindle is the only device in the system that requires 3 phase.

Neutral is not used in this system in the U.S.A., In Europe, the neutral would be used.

The bottom unit in the DWG appears to be the VFD, 240v 1ph in, and control inputs.
The 4 pole O/L and contactor appears to be mis-wired, there is no conductors exiting the output side?
Is this supposed to be a working machine?
You may need a neutral if you set up outlets fed from the same enclosure for PC, lights, etc

Ok going out on a limb, but you should have a main wiring bus. Currently going out from that bus you should have some of the cnc wiring going out, some ground wires going in and 3 or 4 empty connections, 1 of which is ground and should match the ground wires going in. The rest should be thev3 phase connections, they are all hot. If the motors spins the wrong way, switch any 2 wires. Or at least that's how it works here.

Actually it is the Input side not wired, just the Output.

Hey, I appreciate the fast responses.... the last picture attachment on the original post was a technician in the company... He mentioned 3 phase 380v, and that i need to buy a transformer, can anybody elaborate on that?

The DWG apparently shows a 1phase 240v supply per UK and EU.
But your terminal strip indicates 3ph (L1,L2,L3 +GND).
What is the name plate details on the motors?
If you only have 1ph 240 you will need more than a transformer.

That shows a 220v 1ph transformer.
So do you have a schematic that applies to your machine and what voltage is the spindle motor, what is on the motor plate?
Is there a VFD on the machine?

After reading through the details again and the response from the Chinese MTB it appears you have a machine that requires 220 1ph And 380v 3ph.
No wonder your electrician was puzzled.
This plus the very poor example of the enclosure wiring, I would conclude this machine was built by someone who has little to no experience in building Industrial Machine tools.
There have been other previous example here of Chinese manufacturer's cutting corners and supplying machines that did not conform to NEC standards etc.
IMO the least expensive route would be to make the machine all 240v 1ph and replace the VFD with a 240v version together with the 220v 3ph spindle.
Sell the VFD/motor on Ebay.

Schematic shows VFD 1 phase in = three phase out... OP seems to have all needed parts. No need to replace or buy anything. Just connect all together.

The spindle shows 380v and the VFD is fed with 220v.
I have an Industrial Electricians license for UK.!
