Im trying to make plastic gears for clocks, I have no idea about editing Gcode
Sorry, I worded that wrong.
You need to create your g-code to cut outside the lines.
Again, what are you using to create your g-code?
If y our working with .dxf files, you can open them in a CAD program, and offset the lines by the tool radius, and use the offset lines to create you g-code.

i use Mach3 and lazy cam, i also use coral draw and just started using Inkscape
