After a long websearch, I have selected 3 manufacturers as Roctech, Sudiao and XYZ-Tech. Started on long emailing with all of them, I got a lot of informations from all, specially Roctech looks the most professional, but others also has some ideas.
The first input where the working size 600x900mm, so that specify the machine range. Base machines almost on all cases where equipped with stepper, chines spindles. Finally I have agreed with all 3 manufacturer the below parameters:
Construction *8mm*steel*tube*for*gantry*&*6mm*steel*tube*for*st ructure
Frame Welded structure
Working area 600*900*200mm
X,Y,Z Traveling Positioning Accuracy ±0.01/300mm
X,Y,Z Repositioning Accuracy ±0.01mm
X,Y Resolution <0.01mm
Z Resolution 0.01mm
X,Y,Z Transmission For Y 3210 TBI , for X,Z axis 2510 TBI ball screw
X,Y,Z Guiding And for three axises, min. 20mm Hiwin linear

adding to each one the quoted price too and rotary options.
Showing all 3 offers into one excel sheet to my friend he has selected not the cheapest one, not the most expensive one. Based on available companies informations and provided details he selected XYZ Tech. The machine will be ordered soon. I will update time to time this forum to provide some input/review for next interested newbies.
Here I would like to thank for all 3 manufacturers patient emailing, time and all details provided.
The deposit of aprox. 30% where transferred few days ago. Today I received a phone call from XYZ Tech (sweet voice of Hellen who is my contact). We continued the discussion using Skype. I have been informed that Yaskawa servos are out of stock and can I accept Panasonic servos instead. As my friend agreed Yaskawa, I asked also for that. This will delay the delivery, aprox. 10 days.
A week passed, and after a lot of discussions I got first pictures. It where hard to obtain them as the welding is done by subcontrators, not by XYZ itself. Unfortunately I got pictures about the welded structure so I don't know the tubes wall thickness, but I hope the required 8mm where used. The 3210 ballscrew creates also problem for XYZ as they commonly use 2510, so just now they have to order the 3210. I know that I asked a customized machine, but from here it looks a little that all differencies creates some difficulties.
Here are the pictures that I got.
Some more pictures are promised, so once I will get them I will post them, till I ask for your patient.
The Yaskawa 850W is a big motor for that size machine, 750W would of done it with ease, the frame looks OK, if you want to use the max RPM then stay with the 32mm ballscrew, the motor will run up to 5,000 RPM
On the control NC studio, make sure you are getting the the real thing, as most are a copy, & do not always function correctly
Thank you for watching and comments. Yes the 850W may be little stronger than needed, but I think is better than the originally offered 400W. The machine is planed to be used in CEM1, paper laminates, PC, FR4 of min. 15mm, but the precision is most important, as the plates will be used for pcb test machines and must fit tougether. The high speed is not important on servo side, more important on spindle side as there are needed to drill small holes on exact coordinates.
Today I got the original, higher resolution pictures. Totally 4, one more than before. Here is the 4th too.
More status pictures are promised, so once I will got I will post them too.
The 850W servos looks little big on the machine, so I don't think that will be a problem for them to make it to move. The Z axe is drived by belt, so Im afraid a little about the precision as the belt can elongate. The guiding are still fixed just with each second screws on each 3 axes, so I have asked again to add all screws.
As the machine will be used in most cases into laminates, Hellen offered to pack some sheets with the machine if I select a supplier. This a very kind offer as I can get 2 in 1 with less shipping cost.
The belt drive should not be a problem,But the pulleys look to be to small in diameter, you could always change it to the Gates Gt3-5 or 8 if you did have a problem, I don't see any machining of the linear rails & ballscrew mountings areas
I realized also that is not machined, but I got the pictures just now when is already assembled. Some machining is visible on gantry rails area, but also there Im not sure is is done under the rails and other sensitive parts
If you have any ideas or comments that is not to late to ask that is welcome.
Thank you again for your comments.
Thanks, I have selected each part and agreed with supplier. The construction looks a little homemade than industrial as Mactec54 remarked, but I hope that finally will work fine. Anyway if you came back time 2 time you will see here the outcome of this deal.
