    Default Mach3 & KL6090 machine

    can anyone out there help me out, I bought a KL6090 and it uses the mach3 programing, how do i tell it where zero is to be i try to put in the center of the table for zero but when i go and run a program to rout it runs to close to edge of the table

    Are you sure you're setting your CAD/CAM programs to use center zero?

    The KL-6090 doesn't move by itself; Something is telling MACH3 to run out to the edge or corner.

    If it goes toward the front left corner, then I would bet you have your software set to put zero at the front left corner instead of center.
