Casting in Memphis, TN area?

We have bought stock and rights from a loudspeaker company that went out of business.
The stock only includes a few aluminum baskets (the frame of the speaker) and we need
some copies made of the originals.

At first, we will need 20-30 and if all goes well, we will need hundreds or possibly thousands
(we have 18,000 of the magnets).

None of us have any knowledge of casting and will need to meet in person with someone
who does. We don't know what questions to ask, etc.

I am Vasantha from Sri Lanka, 8000 miles from USA. I have a foundry consisting of furnaces of 50Kw MG Medium Frequency Furnace and 180 KVA Solid State Medium Frequency Melting Furnace. I am in the forum because I have retrofitted several machines as follows.

2 of Mills with EMC with Servotogo Servo Cards and Copley DC Drives.
1 lathe with Centroid CNC Lathe Kit. 1 Mill with Ajax Cnc Kit AC servo Drives. 1 Mill with Ajax CNC kit with DC servo System plus Digitizing Pack. 1 Mill with
Camsoft + Galil 1840 Card + Galil 12-80 DC servo Drives. One small Mill and Lathe with stepper drives plus EMC.

I can cast many items in Alu, Bronze, Cast Iron etc and if you send me a drawing I can send you a sample.When I was a young man I have used several speakers for my sound systems inclusive of EMI, Axiom 10, Jordon Watts (All UK brands while I was being educated in UK) and have wound burnt coils and repaired moth eaten cones. So I have some knowledge in speakers.

I suggest that you go only for high quality niche market if you can attain a special quality.
