Stamping?

I want to make a 22 inch mower deck...or have one made or buy them. Not having any luck at all. Probably not a casting job. Any help?

I think something could be designed to be fabricated as a sheetmetal assembly which could be fairly rapid production. Would have to see the actual shape and configuration of the deck to work out the possible fabrication methods, but it does seem feasable. The casting process would probably be quicker after the initial molds etc are made but a sheetmetal fabrication can be done fairly quickly specially when the .dxf files are provided. What quantities are involved? If you are interested in a sheetmetal fabrication let me know and provide the drawings and I will get a quote from Adtek.
Best regards,
