Im sorry can you elaborate a bit more??...are you suggesting i mill my masters from m3? Or use it to polish wax masters??..basically im looki g for a process (materials and polishing method) so i may mill masters in order to use to make a silicone mold...im worried about tool marks and not a glossy finished surface after resin casting. .i

im sure there is an industry standard for making and finishing masters with a cnc and was wondering what it was..

Pleace clearafy your Qestion! Do you want to mill, without it showing toolmark? Our would you get rid off allready done marks? I have only been doing this for 25 years, so the question for me is simple, if you mill. it will show! I am sorry if i was not clear about that! And my advice where ABSOLUTLY! Ment for remowing tool marks after! So sorry that the truth is ! Tool marks will allways show !
