    What does this mean?

    Just getting into machining as a hobby/learning. Was woundering, what does this mean?

    End Mill Capacity - 5/8"
    Face Milling Capacity - 1 1/8

    if that's quoted from a machine spec , then that's the maximum recommended tool size for the machine

    It also assumes that you know the difference between an endmill and a face mill.

    Some days I wonder if I do too.
