Hey guys. I'm looking into building my first CNC machine, but I am having some issues finding materials in Canada. I need a supplier of aluminum as well as plastics such as UHMW and HDPE that is preferably located in Canada. I know of www.onlinemetals.com which is located in Washington (I'm in BC so that's moderately close) but the HST for importing, as well as the shipping fees are a bit high. So if anybody knows either a Canadian-based supplier, or one in the US that has cheap shipping, lemme know ![]() Thanks, - Jesse |

| Is there a Johnston (Johnson) Plastics near you, I have found I can get just about anything from them. Also, get a Misumi catalogue sent, it has a huge selection of hardware, they even custom tailor sizes if needed. They now ship from US to Canada duty/brokerage free. Al.
