Finally found a router suitable for my needs. It is a Shoda. These machines are in the million dollar range. This 1994 model is going for $6,999US.Why waste time rolling your own.I suppose the wife will not like not being able to park in the garage.Tough luck.
The specs:
2-63X102 moving tables
4-16HP heads
4-piggyback 30HP
4-mortising heads
50HP vacuum pumps
It shoda fit the garage and then I can make the new kitchen for wifee.
With the power requirements, you need to be near a nuclear power plant or Niagara falls. No problem for me as I am located between the two sources.I will just get an extension cord and 500Amp twist-lock and plug in to the Falls.
BTW really,I am not serious on this as there is another machine suitable to my needs.I will post again on the outher contender for purchase

L GALILEO THE EPOXY SURFACE PLATE IS FLAT
Decisions decisions.
On E-Bay there is a Komo router for $199,99,But it only has 5 heads. The Shoda has 12 heads but is limited by the 2 63"X102"tables.The winner here if i needed to cut larger sheets is the Komo at 5-8X5' tables or about 306X96"Tough decision! Please help
