help OSAI controller trouble

Hello everyone.
I am having some trouble that i am hoping someone has a better answer than re-loading the controller.
I have a 6 year old series/10 5 axis CNC with a 4 year old OSAI winlink controller. I had to install a new drive for one of my axis and someone put a password in setup. I need to get to level 3 to install the software on the drive and i am only at level 4. Can anyone tell me how to clear the password from the CNC side of the controller. OSAI told me i will have to reload everything.

osai will have high level passwords that will get them in but they cannot be divulged to non-osai personal - contact support@osai-usa.com
