| I'm building my CNC router with 8020 just to do wood projects/guitars etc. and some light aluminum milling and plastic prototyping. I'm new to this but I was wondering if anyone has dealt with motiontek.ca as far as buying kits and or parts vs. buying from Rockcliff and the all in one solution pc driver/controllerboard? Going to be using NEMA23 311oz steppers. I just don't know who to buy from? I'm just looking for a reliable, reputable vendor to do business with, there's not enough info on either of the above to make a concise decision. Any insight would be helpfull and thanks in advance. | We went through Mach Motion (Mach3) for our turn-key cp for our router. They used a gecko board and drivers. There were a few "hiccups", but overall we are pleased with their customer service and the end result. We would definately use them again if we built another machine. Here's the contact for Mach, Joel Eldridge (573) 368-7399. Hope that helps ya. Mike |
