Where to buy a desktop cnc mill, and need suggestions.

Im trying to find stores to purchase a cnc mill to mill pcbs and drill and cut them out, if it can do alluminum and steel its only an extra. need some thing of realy precise up to around 0.0001 with low error, it can be a little less or more precise then this "Because i want to make some pcbs that use fpga so small traces are important". The machine can be used or new. cutting space around 12x12 or can be a little smaller.

2 other thing are setup to hold the pcb for cutting and drilling, and vacuum because this is going to be done in an appartment.

The only leads i have are taig or flashcut. I heared to stay away from maxcn.
