Rookie plotter owner. I have been using adobe applications with my photography for years and decided to get into printing and doing decals. I ordered a Master tiger 1000 and with reading up on all of the grounding and static issues I got the machine running like a dream first shot (with the help of an engineer friend lol). Using the fonts and stuff in the signgo is simple and I was able to print immediately with files created in sign go. My vector files from Ai are what I want to be printing. I have tried to convert them a hundred ways from sunday. These badboys are driving me nuts. When i import, I get a box that indicates the file is there........but is it magic? Because its invisible! I cant get a trace outline or anything. Just blank. And just annoying. Can anyone tell me what Im doing wrong (other than the ordering of the signgo in itself).
Signgo isnt letting me see any of my vector or eps files. They are all coming up blank now. The only things I can print are what I make in the signgo software itself. HELP!!
