Does anybody use lollipop cutters for small undercuts? If so where do you buy them?

I grind my own. For my purposes, I start with a 3/8 bit, then lay out a .200" circle on it. I grind it so that I follow about 200 degrees of the contour. For aluminum, I also take a dremel tool to it and dish out the top surface to get a keen edge.
