it is running well , coolant A+ , motors A+ , with a lil fixing... quietness B+,
over all a good machine so far . table is nice an big moves well , oils smooth .very lil to complain about , but a few things to look for ...
any one buying one of these take a good look at it before you run it .
ive found many lil problems , fixable .... but shouldnt have had to be fixed .
im sure i will have it running well soon , as it does seem to be a good size an runs better every time i adjust stuff .
few simple problems with wire disconect , an conduit loose .
under the spindle / motor shroud i found a plate of steel about 3''x 7'' x3/8'' covering the belt that was missing 2 bolts from the factory . an the other 2 were very loose . the machine had been making a bad noise , shaking the steel plate .
also the top plate that the spindle cap skrews down to has 4 bolts that are to short an one was striped , and another not tight .
the casing around the motor /spindle was very pron to vibration. i added a bunch of small rubber supports an dampeners , keeps it much quieter an better to work on .
tomorow i have to straighten the head up . its not bad but it tilts to the side an angles about 0.008'' over 2'' to the left enough to make small steps in a cut . it is dead on in/out .
sometimes looses steps for some reason or messes up what it's supposed to do . but so far only when im using the ''wizards '' think they still have some bugs . gets a flat spot on circles or steps left when making holes with each layer you cut . it doesnt do this much , so not a big deal .
