| I guess the obvious question would be; Why not do it yourself? Then again space could be a problem for you, I know it is for me. There is a HUGE kit car market in Canada, problem most face is a place to build. Where in Canada are you? |

| Most people I have seen do this hand work the foam. You can use Ni-Chrome wire with an electric power source (low voltage DC for safety) to cut away large sections. Set up plywood templates on each side for precise contours. Use electric chain saw and all types of hand tools and sanders to form the shape desired.
