Model railroader looking at Smithy

Anybody have experience with Smithy Granite 3 in 1 1340?
I have a small shop space and thot the combined machines would be more practical.

I don't have any experience with the Granite machines but I have used the Midas series from Smithy. If the Granite ones are anything like the Smaller Midas 3 in 1 then it will be a good machine.
