OK, you would think if:

You emailed a real estate agent you had done business with before, over your desire to buy a commercial property he would call back:

That if you emailed a maker of CNC routers he would get back to you when you said you wanted to buy one tomorrow.

You emailed a supplier of CNC stepper motors and he promised to send you a paypal bill, that he wold send it.

And if you mentioned you wanted to upgrade your un-opened TIG machine to a more expensive one the guy would email back. (this one isn't so clear cut, he may be out of reach)

I think I may have spotted the reason the economy is stuck in neutral.

What with the high cost of going legit, and the fact the business condo I was interested in, pretty nice place, had a unit blow up due to a meth lab...

I'm thinking that maybe I will just go back to portfolio investing.

I would think if I wanted any of that I would pick up the phone and throw Email away.

If any of those guys were in China they would be back to you right away. In USA it is a crap shoot.

It can be a crap shoot dealing with Canadian merchants as well.

Agreed on attentive service from Chinese merchants. There's never a doubt that they value your business, or at least my experiences have been positive so far.
It may be difficult to compete on price, but outdone on customer service ? Not acceptable.

Still waiting for the stepper kit bill, well really not waiting, but it's an open order.

The Toronto CNC router guy sorta lost interest in my order when I mentioned I might want to buy a more expensive model, than my initial pick.
