Need help

Hi im new user on this forum! and need help!
I`ve a tb6560 3 axis with 3 nema 23 motors and 24v psu. mach 3
use a db25 to usb converter, so nothing work , and the z axis came really hot
after 1 or 2 minute . any one have the magic key?

Hey, do you mean you have a new machine and you found that it doesn't work at all? And the spindle is very hot， right？
1. Is your spindle water cooling or air cooling?
Have you read the User's Manual carefully? I'm afraid you just forgot to connect the water cooling pump before you turn on the machine. Besides, could you show me a picture of your machine?
2. If the machine has a USB device then it's usually has a control panel like a joystick. Is there a similar one on your machine?
