I have a part that I would like fabricated from 4140 steel. I've designed the part so that it should be able to be fabricated using 1/32" slitting saws (possibly ganged) and from 3/4" x 1" x 6" bar.
The part is intended to be used in a press that squeezes thin plastic and embosses it with a pattern. I would like to replace the current part in order to change the pattern.
The pattern needs to be deburred and the top surface of the pattern needs to be milled flat. The pattern itself doesn't require an excessive level of accuracy - I'm assuming +/- .005" is reasonable to achieve.
The hole sizes are sized for tapping M8 1.25 thread.
All dimensions in inches and fractions of an inch.
Destination: Vancouver, BC or Blaine, WA 98230
Please message me via this site if you have any interest.
Thanks.
